Frequently Asked Questions

  • Feel free to either stop in person to pay by cash, card, check, or mail a check to our address made out to: Dasher Family Eyecare. We can also take card payments over the phone!

  • We recommend that everyone receives a standard Eye Exam once a year. During your Eye Exam we will check your vision and screen for signs of different eye conditions.

  • The Doctor can screen you for various eye conditions such as Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration and Cataracts. Depending on the condition she will help set you up for a treatment plan or refer you to a trusted Specialist.

  • We ask all patients to bring their Picture ID and Medical Insurance cards, information about their Vision Insurance, and a list of their medications to every appointment. If it is your first appointment with us, we ask for you to bring your completed New Patient Paperwork.

  • We accept a wide range of Insurance Plans! Unsure if we are In Network? Call our office and we will be happy to discuss your coverage before your appointment.
